About
My name is Alesha Guyot. I am 17 years old and a senior in high school. I am from The Bay Area in California. I love to do a lot of things. I love to make and edit movies. I love to cook. I love taking pictures. I love to read and write. I love to give. I love to laugh. I love talking to people. I love my family and hanging out with them. I love God and the way He works in people’s lives. I love my friends. I love being at Hospice and volunteering. I love San Francisco. I love green things, like grass. Lot’s of grass. I love the rain and when it’s overcast outside. I love to dream. I want to do a lot of things, as well. I want to travel everywhere. Mostly to Europe: France, Italy, and England. I want to help people: the homeless and the elderly. I want to live in the countryside, in a cottage, or by the ocean, or in San Francisco.
I love to express myself through the pictures I take. I love capturing people, their personalities, and the beauty of nature. This is why artists like Thomas Kinkade and Milton Rogovin inspire me. My preferred audience is anyone. By taking my photo class, I feel I could get a job as a photographer for a nursing home and take pictures of the elderly, to show off their inner and outer beauty. The knowledge that I have already gained from my other photo class I can use to create great works of art using Photoshop. I feel that it is important to have the knowledge about computers and cameras because we live in a society that is very driven by technology.
